About William Franklin (Willie) Eley:
Willie and father John A. both show up in the 1910 Census, AR, Hempstead Co., Redland TS, living with
Henry Bynum Eley. Willie is shown as a nephew to Henry, and John as Henry's brother. It appears that
John's marital status is marked as "W" for widower, although the entry is not clear. I believe that
Willie was born in 1902 and his mother died between then and 1910.
The 1920 Census, same location,
shows Willie living as a nephew with James Lymon Eley, who was another brother of John A. Eley. .............................................................................
