Eva Hall Baker, age 97 of Murfreesboro,
Arkansas passed away, Sunday, March 3, 2013, at Howard County Memorial Hospital in Nashville, Arkansas.
She was born December 28, 1915, in Magnolia, Arkansas to Andrew J. and Annie Dingler Wheeless. Mrs.
Baker was a retired registered nurse and a member of Garrett Memorial Baptist Church in Hope. She was
a member of the Eastern Star and Aerospace Public Relations Coordinator for Boeing Industries in Huntsville,
Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Carl F. Baker, a son, Chester R. Chet
Hall, two brothers, Chester A. Wheeless and Sidney Wheeless. Mrs. Baker is survived by a daughter, Rexine
Hall Bryant of Wichita, Kansas, two sisters, Eunice McKillop of Hope, Arkansas and Helen Grantham of
Oklahoma, four grandchildren, Susan Bryant Smith, Rebecca Bryant Coleman, Brenda Bryant Politte and
Robert F. Robbie Bryant, eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will
be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, March 6, at Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope. Funeral service
for Mrs. Baker will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, March 7, at the Brazzel/Oakcrest Chapel Bro. Clif Johnson
officiating. Burial will follow at Macedonia Cemetery in Murfreesboro, Arkansas. Arrangements by Brazzel/Oakcrest
